Database Security Vendor Fortinet is Looking for Partners with Database Skills

Tackling database security requires the proper channels and resellers with database expertise, noted Paul Judd, UK and Ireland director at Fortinet. Adding that “Typically our partners are network security-literate, but not many have database skills that enable them to have conversations with the database administrator or risk manager”

So with the recent acquisition of IPLocks, if a channel can be built, Fortinet sees “a big opportunity out there if we can get to the people who provide Oracle, Sybase or IBM DB2 solutions.”
