Available as a free trial or in the full version is Navicat for MySQL, an application to aid in administrating and developing MySQL database. Navicat works with MySQL versions from 3.21 upward, and also includes a graphical user interface that is easy to use. Other features that Navicat for MySQL offers are:

Support for events, triggers, views, stored procedures, and functions
Support for VARCHAR, BIT, and BINARY/VARBINARY data types
Tools for data and structure synchronization
SQL console
Form views
Backup and Restore
Parameter query
RaManage Users mode setting
