In a recent market research report by Market Research Media, the NoSQL market is expected to continue growing through year 2015 and hit the 1.8 billion mark; generating some 5.6 billion in revenues in that same time. The report goes on to say that while traditional RDBMS will not go away, NoSQL has the open source nature of it as one of the key drivers and NoSQL & cloud computing are well suited for one another.
