SQLDBManager Plus Software, from ManageEngine, has been enhanced to gives DBAs greater look into database performance and improve troubleshooting time through custom query execution and monitoring of virtual log files. SQLDBManager Plus also monitors key metrics and the start offset and log sequence numbers to give administrators a quick and immediate understanding for performance problems.

“The new capabilities in ManageEngine SQLDBManager Plus help SQL Server database administrators to program their own corrective actions by executing SQL Queries triggered by the performance metrics collected,” said Gibu K. Mathew, product manager, Applications Performance Management Solutions at ManageEngine. “This is useful for keeping downtime to a minimum and getting production applications back online quickly.”
