What used to be a simple by-product of gathering data definitions, metadata has expanded to help relate stewardship/accountability, ETL logistics, privacy, and information security. Learning how to make full use of this changing landscape is what a current webinar is all about.

Jason Tiret, director of modeling and architecture solutions at Embarcadero Technologies and has over a decade of experience in this field, will be hosting a one-hour webinar on February 23 at 2 p.m. ET. This webinar will discus, among other things, how to drive logical model creation from a conceptual subject area model, document source/target mappings with Visual Data Lineage, and leverage the ER/Studio Portal to publish out model and metadata for the DW/BI environment.
