find_foreign_keys.sql

In a heavily normalized database, it is often difficult to modify/drop tables when lots of foreign keys exist. This script will list all of the foreign keys in the database that reference a given table name. It will also generate scripts to drop the foreign keys to make dropping the parent table easier. Supply the parent table name in the @table_name parameter, then set the @generate_drop_scripts bit to 1 if you wish to PRINT the scripts to drop the constraints.

I hope you find this script useful — it has helped me significantly cut down the time required to search the database for dependencies related to foreign key constraints.
